Terms of purchase

By placing orders with us, you accept our terms of purchase.

Payment:

Payment takes place via Klarna checkout. Please send an email (kajsa@kajsalandgren.com) if for some reason you want to pay in another way. VAT is included in all prices to Sweden and EU countries. For other countries, VAT is deducted at checkout.

Shipping:

Shipping within Sweden is SEK 69:- for the NADA-book, and SEK 89:- for the book Öronakupunktur. International shipping for one book is SEK 250:-. Heavier parcels can be charged an extra shipping fee.

Delivery:

Your order is normally shipped within 1-4 working days after payment is received. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct name, address, phone and email when placing the order. I pack the books carefully but do not take responsibility for how the shipping companies handle them.

Right of withdrawal:

As a consumer you have the right to cancel the purchase of a printed book within 14 days of receiving the book, provided the book is still in mint condition. Notify us (kajsa@kajsalandgren.com) within this deadline that you have regretted the purchase and are sending the book back. You are responsible for the return shipping. We will refund your cost of the book when we receive it back. There is a withdrawal form to fill in HERE. Put the withdrawal form with your name in the package! The return address is: Kajsa Landgren, Ransviksvägen 14, 26377 Mölle, Sweden. Contact kajsa@kajsalandgren.com before returning.

You can not undo the purchase of E-books.

For packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge a cost of SEK 250.

If a book is defective, I will replace it or pay you back. When you return a defective book, I will pay the return shipping. Please contact me at kajsa@kajsalandgren.com! If you find a book you have bought from us defective, but we do not agree with you, you can contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN’s recommendations.

Privacy policy, GDPR

I comply with the Consumer Purchase Act (konsumentköplagen), the Distance and Home Sales Act (distans- och hemförsäljningslagen) and the Act on Consumer Protection in the case of distance contracts (lagen om konsumentskydd vid distansavtal). I handle all personal data in accordance with the GDPR and never disclose it to third parties. I collect the following information on customers: name, address, phone number, email address, ordered goods and payments. This information is used to be able to deliver the books you have ordered from me and is kept as long as the Accounting Act (bokföringslagen)requires it. I may send information about courses in acupuncture to your email address. Let me know if you do not want such information and I will remove you from our mailings.

I do not collect date of birth, account and profile information, customer history and customer engagement, customer activity from the website or cookies.

Purchase is binding.
